General Rules and Regulations:

Civil ID of the reservation holder must be shown before entering the field.

The company is not responsible for the loss of any item within the stadiums, including personal belongings.

Not allowed to use playgrounds for any other purpose activities (sports games only).

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the stadium premises.

The use of speakers or microphones must be pre-approved and kept at a reasonable volume.

Food and beverages are not allowed on the playing fields.

Pets are not permitted in or around the sports fields.

Proper sports attire and footwear must be always worn.

Commercial activities such as selling, promoting, or branding are not allowed without prior written approval from Boulevard Management and obtaining the necessary license from relevant authorities.

Any setups (e.g., tents, signage) must be coordinated and approved in advance by Boulevard Management.

All users must adhere to the scheduled booking times. It is not allowed to extend the booking or to compensate for additional time in case of delay in attendance at the time, even the fields are vacant.

The beneficiary shall abide by the instructions and regulations of the Boulevard and abide by public ethics within the stadiums.

Users must return the field in the same condition it was received. Any trash must be removed and setup items dismantled.

It is strictly prohibited to use any materials or equipment that may damage the flooring or turf.

Any violation of the above terms may result in the cancellation of the booking or denial of future access to the fields.

In the event of any damage, the beneficiary is obliged to cover the repair costs as assessed by the company.

In case of violation of instructions, public morals, or committing any offense, the company reserves the right to take legal action against the offender in accordance with Kuwaiti law.

Academies or companies utilizing the fields are required to provide a comprehensive insurance policy covering full legal and civil liability for any damage that may affect the company or third parties, whether caused by them, their staff, or their visitors.
